Upper Madison River Area

In the map below permanent water is dark blue, intermittent water is light blue and canals are cyan. The color code for the worm samples is:

  1. White- sample not yet processed
  2. Green- no Tubifex tubifex found.
  3. Yellow- some worms might be Tubifex tubifex, but no positive identifications were possible.
  4. Red- Tubifex tubifex found at that site.
